Our money-back-guarantee applies only when a product was damaged in transit or delivered incomplete.

Skin tight clothing, underwear, opened cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

Customers can cancel their order free of charge before shipment. After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled. If the product is damaged upon receipt or does not meet expectations, a return and refund can be requested within 14 days of receipt. However, if the product was on sale at the time of purchase, refunds are not possible.
